Don Tapscott was the keynote speaker at the North Carolina Emerging Issues Forum. The forum featured some of the world’s top thinkers about the future to speak on the state of innovation, from business to education to health.
Don spoke about trends in the innovation economy and the importance of Millennials.
“I think that the digital age is moving so quickly, it’s kind of getting beyond our capacity as individuals, institutions and as a society, to comprehend it.. . It’s affecting every grandparent and it’s now affecting little children who have access to this technology. So it means we all need to step up and take personal responsibility, ensuring that we all control the technology and it doesn’t control us.”
